We have New computers coming soon!

FREE classes on how to use these computers and the internet will be offered each week on Monday mornings from 10:00 a.m. until Noon.  No signup is necessary.  Topics include but are not limited to:

• Mouse & Keyboard Basics
• Computer Basics
• Internet Basics
• Email Basics - Gmail
• Microsoft Word
• File Management
• Cyber Security Basics

Chromebooks with built-in Wi-Fi are available to check out from the Onalaska Public Library.  We encourage you to do this! Funding has been provided by the CARES Act, through the Texas State Library and Arts Commission.  Get a library card or renew your card before classes start so you can check out Chromebooks to take home and practice what you learn in class.  There is a Digital Assessment you may take to determine your specific needs.  Stop by the library for more information about this. If materials are printed, we ask that you reimburse the library for the cost of the printed materials.
